Remove HAVE_RAM_AVAILABLE for derive_full and derive_output tests
Both tests do not require a lot of RAM, even though it may seem like it at first sight. The derivation output is generated blockwise from the KDF function, which only keeps state amounting to a couple of blocks of the underlying hash primitive at a time.
