Replace ECP_xxx by MBEDTLS_ECP__xxx_ENABLED
Replace the now-redundant internal curve type macros ECP_xxx by the macros MBEDTLS_ECP__xxx_ENABLED which are declared in ecp.h. Signed-off-by: Gilles Peskine <gilles.peskine@arm.com>
