Explain the rationale for inclusion in "full" and "baremetal"
Remove the duplicated, and often out-of-date, list in the comments. Instead explain in a comment, and have a single copy of the list which is in the code. Signed-off-by: Gilles Peskine <Gilles.Peskine@arm.com>
