tcg: Tidy temporary allocation
In particular, make sure the memory is memset before use.
Continues the increased use of TCGTemp pointers instead of
integer indices where appropriate.

Unicorn is a lightweight, multi-platform, multi-architecture CPU emulator framework based on QEMU.
