f3297d8cd1 loader/nso: Place translation unit specific functions into an anonymous namespace
Makes it impossible to indirectly violate the ODR in some other
translation unit due to these existing.

611f4666fd loader/nso: Clean up use of magic constants
Now that the NSO header has the proper size, we can just use sizeof on
it instead of having magic constants.

1cf90f4570 file_sys/patch_manager: Deduplicate NSO header
This source file was utilizing its own version of the NSO header.
Instead of keeping this around, we can have the patch manager also use
the version of the header that we have defined in loader/nso.h

90e27ea003 loader/nso: Fix definition of the NSO header struct
The total struct itself is 0x100 (256) bytes in size, so we should be
providing that amount of data.

Without the data, this can result in omitted data from the final loaded
NSO file.

1b6bd9d6df kernel: Move CodeSet structure to its own source files
Given this is utilized by the loaders, this allows avoiding inclusion of
the kernel process definitions where avoidable.

This also keeps the loading format for all executable data separate from
the kernel objects.

c100a4b8d4 loader/nso: Set main code region in VMManager
For rom directories (and by extension, XCI/NSP/NAX/NCA) this is for the NSO with name 'main', for regular NSOs, this is the NSO.

7695febfa1 loader/nso: Remove dependency on the System class
Similar to the NRO changes, we can also pass the process explicitly as a
parameter from Load instead of indirecting through the System class.

1c0226815d patch_manager: Add support for dumping decompressed NSOs
When enabled in settings, PatchNSO will dump the unmodified NSO that it was passed to a file named <build id>.nso in the dump root for the current title ID.

bed872ed38 nso: Return an optional address from LoadModule
If a malformed NSO is attempted to be loaded, we shouldn't continue
onwards. We should be reporting an error and bailing out.

1abed2f4c4 kernel/process: Make CodeSet a regular non-inherited object
These only exist to ferry data into a Process instance and end up going
out of scope quite early. Because of this, we can just make it a plain
struct for holding things and just std::move it into the relevant
function. There's no need to make this inherit from the kernel's Object
type.

cf9d6c6f52 kernel/process: Make data member variables private
Makes the public interface consistent in terms of how accesses are done
on a process object. It also makes it slightly nicer to reason about the
logic of the process class, as we don't want to expose everything to
external code.

a63e6f9dfd loader: Make the Load() function take a process as a regular reference, not a SharedPtr
A process should never require being reference counted in this
situation. If the handle to a process is freed before this function is
called, it's definitely a bug with our lifetime management, so we can
put the requirement in place for the API that the process must be a
valid instance.

83377113bf memory: Dehardcode the use of fixed memory range constants
The locations of these can actually vary depending on the address space
layout, so we shouldn't be using these when determining where to map
memory or be using them as offsets for calculations. This keeps all the
memory ranges flexible and malleable based off of the virtual memory
manager instance state.

75603b005b process/vm_manager: Amend API to allow reading parameters from NPDM metadata
Rather than hard-code the address range to be 36-bit, we can derive the
parameters from supplied NPDM metadata if the supplied exectuable
supports it. This is the bare minimum necessary for this to be possible.

The following commits will rework the memory code further to adjust to
this.

2ea45fe75b kernel/thread: Include thread-related enums within the kernel namespace
Previously, these were sitting outside of the Kernel namespace, which
doesn't really make sense, given they're related to the Thread class
which is within the Kernel namespace.

4a587b81b2 core/core: Replace includes with forward declarations where applicable
The follow-up to e2457418da, which
replaces most of the includes in the core header with forward declarations.

This makes it so that if any of the headers the core header was
previously including change, then no one will need to rebuild the bulk
of the core, due to core.h being quite a prevalent inclusion.

This should make turnaround for changes much faster for developers.

0cbcd6ec9a kernel: Eliminate kernel global state
As means to pave the way for getting rid of global state within core,
This eliminates kernel global state by removing all globals. Instead
this introduces a KernelCore class which acts as a kernel instance. This
instance lives in the System class, which keeps its lifetime contained
to the lifetime of the System class.

This also forces the kernel types to actually interact with the main
kernel instance itself instead of having transient kernel state placed
all over several translation units, keeping everything together. It also
has a nice consequence of making dependencies much more explicit.

This also makes our initialization a tad bit more correct. Previously we
were creating a kernel process before the actual kernel was initialized,
which doesn't really make much sense.

The KernelCore class itself follows the PImpl idiom, which allows
keeping all the implementation details sealed away from everything else,
which forces the use of the exposed API and allows us to avoid any
unnecessary inclusions within the main kernel header.

2beda7c2b3 kernel/process: Use accessors instead of class members for referencing segment array
Using member variables for referencing the segments array increases the
size of the class in memory for little benefit. The same behavior can be
achieved through the use of accessors that just return the relevant
segment.

We should always assume the filesystem is volatile and check each IO
operation. While we're at it reorganize checks so that early-out errors
are near one another.

* More improvements to GDBStub
- Debugging of threads should work correctly with source and assembly level stepping and modifying registers and memory, meaning threads and callstacks are fully clickable in VS.
- List of modules is available to the client, with assumption that .nro and .nso are backed up by an .elf with symbols, while deconstructed ROMs keep N names.
- Initial support for floating point registers.

general: Make formatting of logged hex values more straightforward
This makes the formatting expectations more obvious (e.g. any zero padding specified
is padding that's entirely dedicated to the value being printed, not any pretty-printing
that also gets tacked on).
