Game also seems much more graphically broken on AMD GPUs, at the moment
To avoid it somewhat you can try to boot game in Undocked mode (hit f10 or click it) and switch to Docked mode after you've selected continue game. This game will still require further work and development on the emu to address these issues or similar you may face that are visual related.
