Notes for NVIDIA Turing GPUs (GTX 16xx / RTX 20xx):
* Leave `Fast GPU Time` enabled as a workaround for [emulator crash when `Async GPU` is turned on](https://github.com/yuzu-emu/yuzu/issues/3650).
* Vulkan + Async GPU emulation will **not** boot past the loading menu.
