The game is playable, it has good video quality, good sound a little delayed but bearable at almost stable 30 fps except for some parts that have frame drops Tested on an i5 9400, gtx 1050ti, 8 gb of ram and an hdd disk.

The game runs Well, but is needed to disable Anisotropic filtering to avoid red lines. Runs in 30 FPS in almost cases with a Ryzen 5 3600 and a GTX 970, but have issues with shader cache.
